All packages are sent to you via USPS Priority Mail. All items are charged a flat fee which includes the calculated shipping fee plus a handling fee. The handling fee covers the cost of shipment packaging and labor involved in preparing the shipment. You will receive a USPS tracking number once your order ships out.
Some items will not have a flat fee, but will be have the option to calculate the shipping costs per your shipping destination. These items will have a separate fee to cover handling. These items will be clearly marked.

While orders are shipped out as fast as possible, please know that all hand-built items will take extra processing time. These items have a listed Ship-By date on the item description page.

All orders are shipped complete. Your order will not ship out until all items are finished processing and are ready to ship.

Local Pickup

Will call at our Fullerton, California location is currently unavailable, and only shipping via post is available. Please check back soon, as this is an option currently being implemented.

International Orders

USPS ships to most countries. Delivery times will vary and are extremely unpredictable. If ordering internationally, please allow extra time for your package to arrive. A USPS tracking number will be provided which will allow you to see your package progress inside the U.S.A. – Some countries, notable Canada, Australia, and the U.K. will allow the USPS tracking number to track the shipments inside their borders.

Actual value and contents will be declared on customs forms. We can not and will not mark an order as “gift,” “sample,” or falsify the value. You, the recipient, are responsible for any and all VAT, taxes, tariffs, import fees, duty, customs clearance charges, and/or other fees that may be assessed by your postal service and/or customs office for importing products into your country. So, if your country charges import taxes or fees, please be prepared to pay them. There is no way for us (Fourth State of Matter LLC) to calculate fees like these for you; please contact your local authorities if you have concerns about taxes and fees associated with importing products.

Customs processing frequently requires an invoice, and we include a copy of the invoice in each international shipment. However, please keep a printed copy of your e-mailed order confirmation in case you need to send it to your customs office or shipping carrier for processing.



Multiple payment methods are available for your use. You may pay for your order via Visa Card, Master Card, American Express Card, Discover Card, or Paypal. Check, Money Orders, and Cash On Delivery are not accepted under normal circumstances, but may possibly be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact The Plasmatorium to inquire about alternate payment methods.

Sales Tax

All orders placed using a billing address originating in California will incur the normal sales tax rate in effect in Fullerton, California at the time of purchase.



All items come with a warranty period of 7 days after receipt. This warranty covers damages incurred in the shipping process, or other product defects not described in the original item listing, but will not cover damages caused by the consumer.


If you would like to return your product, please arrange so by contacting The Plasmatorium first. You may send the item back by mailing it to the return address listed on your original packaging. Return shipping costs are not covered by The Plasmatorium and must be paid for by the consumer unless otherwise arranged.


If you ordered an in-stock item from The Plasmatorium, you may at any time request a refund, up until the day it ships out to you. To request a refund, simply contact The Plasmatorium. If you ordered a custom, monogrammed, personalized, or otherwise specially made item, a refund can not be given.
